VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

GRANT OF SHARE AWARDS PURSUANT TO THE SHARE AWARD SCHEME

Reference is made to the announcement of Bison Finance Group Limited (the "Company") dated 24 August 2018 (the "Announcement") in relation to the adoption of the share award scheme (the "Share Award Scheme"). Capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless the context requires otherwise.

The Board hereby announces that on 9 April 2021, the Board has granted Pool B Awards in respect of an aggregate of 43,890,000 Award Shares pursuant to the Share Award Scheme to 12 Selected Pool B Participants, in which the Selected Pool B Participants include Mr. SUN Lei and Mr. ZHU Dong, executive Directors, Dr. QI Daqing, an independent non-executive Director and two directors of wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company. Save as disclosed, as at the date of this announcement, none of the Selected Pool B Participants is a connected person of the Company (as defined under the Listing Rules).

Details of aforesaid grant of Pool B Awards are set out as follows:
