Equator Resources Limited has extensive exploration projects in both Liberia and Australia.
The Company holds 1,587km2 of gold exploration projects in south eastern Liberia West Africa comprising the Bukon Jedeh Concession Mining Concession, Maryland County Mineral Exploration Licence and the River Gee County Mineral Exploration Licence known as the Bukon Jedeh Projects.
Equator Resources Limited holds eight granted Exploration Licences in the Pine Creek Geosyncline region known as the Frazer Project south of Darwin a prospective for uranium, gold and base metals.
The Company also holds two granted Exploration Licences and nine Exploration Licence applications known as the Plenty River project, located
150km north east of Alice Springs. The area is prospective for copper, gold and nickel mineralisation.

Release of Shares and Options from Escrow

Equator Resources Limited in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A advises that the following restricted securities are due to be released from escrow on 1 February

2012:

• 8,713,154 ordinary fully paid Shares;

• 2,904,389 Options expiring 30 June 2013; and

• 5,000,000 Options expiring 31 December 2014

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2, the Company will apply to the ASX for official quotation of the Securities on the 1 February 2012.
