In accordance with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) Rule Book, we hereby notify the NGX and the investing public of the appointment of Mrs. Oluwatosin Salami as Head, Legal and Compliance by Ronchess Global Resources PLC (Ronchess) effective 20 th January 2022.
PROFILE OF MRS OLUWATOSIN SALAMI
Mrs. Oluwatosin Salami - has 10 years' experience in Corporate and Commercial Law.
She has worked with various companies in different capacities; Mixta Real Estate Plc., Andersen Tax, Addax Petroleum, OGESCO Multinational Limited, Dornim Solicitors and Perchstone & Graeys. Also, she has gained valuable experience in Company Secretarial an d Compliance, Tax Advisory and Regulatory Services, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Corporate and Commercial Practices with a track record of excellent delivery.
She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Lagos and proceeded to the Nigerian Law S chool, Abuja. She has a master's degree from Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom, where she specialized in Commercial and Corporate Law.
She is an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
