Philippines November cash remittances up 5.7% y/y at $2.64 bln

MANILA, Jan 16 (Reuters) - Cash remittances by overseas Filipinos rose 5.7% to $2.64 billion in November from a year ago, the Philippine central bank said on Monday.

Between January and November, cash remittances through banks increased 3.3% to $29.38 billion, it said in a statement. (Reporting by Enrico Dela Cruz)
