Orange Drive South Beach New Year's Festival, jointly developed by Union Square Agency (USSE Corp., Pink OTC Symbol: UCRP) and the Orange Bowl Committee, wrapped up their three day series of events with a story of success and a platform for next year's festivities.

Orange Drive commenced the inaugural festival with a ribbon cutting ceremony with the City of Miami Beach which officially declared Ocean Drive, Orange Drive for the three day holiday weekend, presented with a proclamation from Vice Mayor Michael Gongora. Participating in the ribbon cutting were Chairman of the Orange Bowl Committee Tony Argiz, CEO of the Orange Bowl Committee Eric Poms, CEO of Union Square Agency Gary Cioffi, President of Union Square Agency Shawn Garrity and the Orange Bowl Committee's official mascot Obie, a fun-loving character and fan favorite.

The ?Noon Year's Eve? Kids Countdown took place from 11am-2pm in South Beach on New Year's Eve day and was hosted by Radio Disney 990 AM. In addition, season three winner of Radio Disney's Next Big Thing, Kicking Daisies, performed for this family event. According to South Florida's local newspaper The Miami Herald, teenagers and tots were able to celebrate. ?The New Year came 12 hours early on Friday, with a backdrop of sun, waves and sand during a ?Noon Year's Eve',? writes Toluse Olorunnipa. The families that attended the Kids Countdown thought this family friendly event was a perfect way to ring in the New Year.

?Thanks to Radio Disney 990 AM and Kicking Daisies, this event was a great way for children and adults to participate in interactive games and celebrate New Year's Eve together,? says Gary Cioffi CEO of Union Square Agency.

Orange Drive rang in the New Year with its Jam on the Sand party featuring performances by Multi-Platinum Pop Singer Leona Lewis and Grammy nominated Natasha Bedingfield. The event was hosted by Miami Heat's disc jockey, DJ Irie and attended by people from more than 36 different countries! Leona Lewis put on a stellar performance which included one of her most famous singles, ?Bleeding Love?. Natasha Bedingfield then rocked the stage with her top hits. Ranked as a pop sensation amongst critics and fans, Natasha helped DJ Irie and the audience countdown to 2011 while bottles of Barefoot Bubbly Champagne popped.

The party was just getting started when on New Year's Day, En Vivo Latin Festival captivated salsa lovers from around the globe. Hosted by world-renowned DJ Nino and featuring outstanding performances by Gilberto Santa Rosa, Albita and Hansel y Raul, the three-hour Latin festival kept party-goers dancing till the very last song. Gilberto Santa Rosa, a Puerto Rican band leader and salsa and bolero singer, performed at the Latin festival, while romancing the crowd with his love ballads. Albita, also referred to as the Cuban diva, took the stage at En Vivo by performing Cuban renditions of dance and soul. Cuba's infamous dance band and dynamic duo, Hansel y Raul, performed their world-renowned Charanga based music, wowing the crowd.

Orange Drive concluded its three day series of events on January 2nd with the Gridiron Bash Pep Rally. The event which took place from 8pm to 10pm was hosted by comedian, Adam Carolla and featured a musical performance by The Honey Brothers, a Brooklyn based ?new-wave folk' band starring Entourage's Adrian Grenier. Gridiron Bash featured the dynamic marching bands from Stanford University and Virginia Tech, the competing schools that participated in the 2011 Discover Orange Bowl.

According to Mr. Cioffi, ?Gridiron Bash was a rousing success for the two participating Universities, Stanford and Virginia Tech. The enthusiasm demonstrated by their fans, cheerleaders and the bands helped cap off our inaugural Orange Drive weekend." He continued, ?Orange Drive's success demonstrates the power of collaboration between Union Square Agency, the Orange Bowl Committee and the City of Miami Beach. We look forward to making our 2011-2012 events even bigger and better.?
