Opening of Shanghai Office

SRI Sports Limited will open a representative office in the city of Shanghai, China.

1. Aim of opening office

SRI Sports Ltd. has been making efforts to enhance sales in the Asia region, including China, where the market is expected to grow significantly, as well as in South Korea, which is the world's third largest golf equipment market (estimate by SRI Sports). The Company has newly set up the Asia Region (EAST) Division to oversee marketing and product planning for China, South Korea, and Southeast Asia within the headquarters in the July 2011 organizational reform and realized a structure under which the extent of responsibility has been made clear.

The Company has decided to establish a representative office in the city of Shanghai in order to have the staff of the Asia Region (EAST) Division operate closer to the market with the aim of accurately understanding market needs and to accelerate the pace of business expansion.
