Announcement to the holders of SEB issued certificates.

With effect as of February 19, 2020 Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) as issuer of below mentioned Certificates will delist all Certificates below in accordance with paragraph 11 of the respective final terms for each Certificate. Holders of SEB certificates will have until market close February 19, 2020 to unwind their position on Nasdaq NSDX, a segment of First North, in Denmark and Sweden Nasdaq OMX. After February 19, 2020 it will no longer be possible to sell back the Certificates and the final price of the Certificates will be based on the closing NAV on February 19, 2020. Cash Settlement date will be March 4, 2020, which is 10 business days after the delisting. Starting on January 20, 2020, SEB will only put the certificates in buy-back, to offer existing holders a period of just over three weeks to sell their certificates back to SEB prior to the delisting. If a certificate has no investors, the certificate will be delisted on January 22, 2020.
