Mint Energy has begun serving commercial and industrial customers in the ComEd Service Territory. The move is the first step in Mint’s expansion of its PJM service territory.

“It’s an exciting time at Mint Energy as we continue our expansion in the PJM market. ComEd is the first utility for Mint outside of Pennsylvania, and our plans are to extend our reach into both Ohio and Maryland during the first quarter of 2017,” said Dan Schilens, VP, Sales & Marketing.

Mint plans to enter these markets through channel partner relationships and has recently hired Jeremy Gonser to help manage these markets. Jeremy is an industry veteran with 12 years of experience developing, managing, and directing results-oriented sales organizations.
