On January 19, 2018 Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Mahmadali Rajabiyon met with General Secretary of Poultry Meat Producers and Breeders Association of Turkey Professor Ahmet Ergun.
During the meeting has been discussed the current situation and prospects of relationship between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Turkey in purchasing of poultry meat and other poultry meat's products , as well as the further development of cooperation in the poultry industry in Tajikistan, including establishment of a joint venture with the investment of both parties.
According to the Association's information the annual production of poultry meat by its enterprises is 2 million tones. The annual export of poultry meat per year is around 720 million US dollars.
