Salehabadi announced that a 20 million euro credit line has been created for exports to Russia.

(SHADA: TEHRAN) -- We are consulting with the Central Bank to increase this figure to 300 million Euros, Salehabad said.

Stating that Iran's Central Bank has negotiated with Russian officials, he added: In the first phase the Russian government has determined a bank to work with us, and we have held several meetings with the bank to open LCs for imports from Iran.

It is possible to trade in ruble and other currencies of the world, and if the exporter wants we can receive their dollars in Russia and pay the equivalent riyals, Salehabadi said.

After the implementation of JCPOA, more banks will be subject to Iran's banking contract and yet we can use SWIFT resources for financial transactions, he noted.
