WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS, OH - Congresswoman Marcia L. Fudge (OH-11) released the following statement today after the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) issued Arco Recycling, Inc. in East Cleveland a notice of violation and orders to stop accepting construction and demolition debris, and remove waste from a site:

'I commend the Ohio EPA for ordering Arco Recycling to halt its operations and remove the mountains of debris towering over Noble Road. This is welcome news, as many residents have fought tirelessly to protect the health and safety of their community. Today's decision is a victory for East Cleveland and its citizens. I ask the Ohio EPA to enforce this order immediately.'
