Given the historic 2016 elections, it has never been more important for us, as physicians, to be united in our advocacy efforts in Georgia. In the coming weeks, state legislators will consider a number of important issues that will influence our profession in significant ways.

With that in mind, it is essential for physicians to support legislators who are strong advocates for the medical profession and patient-centered health care - which is why I urge you to join GAMPAC today. GAMPAC is the non-partisan political action committee of the Medical Association of Georgia (MAG), which is the leading voice for physicians in the state. GAMPAC elects pro-physician candidates at the state level.
