Oak Ridge, NJ, January 4, 2013--Lakeland Bank recognized four colleagues for their 10 years of service to the company. Dean Arfin, Donna O'Neill, Lori Simon and Colleen Rachel all recently achieved this milestone.

Dean Arfin - Senior Sales Representative - Milton
Arfin joined the Bank in 2002 as a float teller in the Southern Region. He transferred to Rockaway in 2003 as a customer service representative (CSR) and then transferred in 2005 to the Butler Office. Arfin was assistant branch manager of the Fairfield Office from 2007 to 2008 when he transferred to Milton as a CSR. He was promoted to his current position in 2011. Prior to joining the Bank, Arfin worked more than 12 years in the apparel industry as a store manager and buyer for various stores around the country. He attended Towson State University and is a licensed life insurance producer in the state of New Jersey and currently resides in Butler.
Donna O'Neill - Teller - Sparta Town Center
O'Neill started with the Bank in 2002 as a teller at the Franklin Office. She transferred to the Sparta Downtown Office in 2008 and is currently working in the recently opened Sparta Town Center Office. O'Neill is on the Board of Trustees for the Ogdensburg's Historical Society and is active in her church community. She resides in Ogdensburg.
Lori Simon - Admin. Assistant, Commercial Loans - Sussex Team - Park Place
Simon began working for the Bank in 2002 as a clerk in Commercial Loans in Branchville and is currently an administrative assistant for the Sussex Team in Park Place. She attends Sussex County Community College and is working towards her Associates Degree in Accounting. Simon is a resident of Andover.
Colleen Rachel - Teller Manager - Butler
Rachel joined the Bank in 2002 as a teller for the Vernon Office. She transferred to the Transit Department in 2004 as a transit operator and returned to the branch environment later that same year as a float teller in the Northern Region. Promoted to teller manager in 2006, she transferred to the Frankford Office and to the Vernon Office in 2007. She currently is at the Butler Office. Rachel resides in Vernon.
