Ian Konrath has been named Director of Human Resources for
WaterStone Bank. He has been employed by WaterStone since
2005 and most recently held the position of Human Resources
Manager since 2010.
Prior to his employment with WaterStone, Konrath oversaw the
human resources functions for Balistreri & Associates
Physical Therapy. Konrath received a Bachelor's Degree in
Business with a concentration in human resources from the
University of Wisconsin - Parkside (2002).
To further his education, Konrath earned the Professional in
Human Resources Certificate (PHR) from the HR Certification
Institute in 2009. He is an active member of the Financial
Human Resources Associates (FHRA), a local networking
group.
WaterStone Bank was established in 1921. The
Waukesha/Brookfield Branch is located at 21505 E Moreland
Boulevard. Branch offices are located in Wauwatosa,
Franklin/Hales Corners, Germantown/Menomonee Falls, Oak
Creek, Oconomowoc/Lake Country, Pewaukee,
Waukesha/Brookfield, and West Allis.
