Pursuant to Article 19. Paragraph 3 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse. Končar - Electrical Industry Inc. (hereinafter: the Issuer), notifies on transaction conducted by person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Issuer.

Vladimir Plečko, Member of the Supervisory Board from Zagreb, notifies on disposal of 800 shares of Končar - Electrical Industry Inc., ticker: KOEI-R-A. Shares were disposed as at 17th January 2020 in Zagreb on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
