Atwell, LLC is pleased to welcome Justin Faughn to its team as Director, Oil and Gas. Based in Atwell’s Dallas–Fort Worth office, he will support the company’s oil and gas services by leading business development efforts and client relationships, managing projects, guiding his team’s deliverables, providing quality control, and maintaining budgets and schedules for projects throughout the region.

Faughn brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership acumen to the oil and gas industry, where he has a diverse background in the energy, fabrication, construction, and government sectors. His areas of expertise include interfacing with project management staff and contractors to ensure overall project quality, designing and implementing organization processes that enable leadership to make objective decisions, and developing and maintaining industry relationships.

Faughn earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering at Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in civil engineering from Norwich University. He is a certified professional engineer (PE) in Texas, North Carolina, Utah, and Delaware and is also certified as a project management professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
