"We've had blizzards before, we've had extreme weather on caucus night, said David Barker, Iowa GOP Treasurer. "It certainly is going to be cold, no question about that and we want people to be careful, but I think we'll see strong turnouts."

Despite warnings from authorities, some Iowans say they are ready and willing to brave the freezing temperatures to caucus for their respective candidate.

"Yes, I'm going to go caucus tomorrow and I'm caucusing for Nikki Haley and I don't care how cold it is," said Mark Wagoner.

Chuck Craig, another Iowa local, concurred. "Boy, it's going to be cold tonight, cause that's out in the open, open field, if there's any wind, it's supposed to be 18 below tonight, but I'm going."
