TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are         
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a    
reasonable degree of  certainty exists that the financial results for the       
period to be reported on next will be more than 20% different from those of     
the previous corresponding period.                                              
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that, for the year ended 30 November      
2011, Hudaco`s earnings per share ("EPS") are expected to be between 30% and    
40% higher and its headline earnings per share ("HEPS") between 20% and 30%     
higher than for the prior year.                                                 
Hudaco`s results for the financial year ended 30 November 2011 are expected     
to be announced on SENS on Friday 27 January 2012                               
This trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by Hudaco`s         
external auditors.
