Hone will be responsible for leading marketing and engagement strategies to enable healthcare payers to maximize the value from utilizing Healthx’s innovative digital engagement platform.

A 20-year healthcare industry veteran and consumer marketing strategist, Mr. Hone is the author of Why Healthcare Matters: How Business Leaders Can Drive Transformational Change, an employer’s guide to healthcare consumerism.

Hone most recently served as chief engagement officer at Healthcentric Partners, where he led the first-of-its-kind engagement strategy and marketing consultancy for healthcare payers and solution providers. Previously, he was the director of sustainable engagement at Healthways, serving as the company’s engagement strategy thought leader, following a career in consumer advertising for healthcare brands. He holds a BA in economics from Boston College and an MBA from Columbia University.
