  • Manoa Pacific: Manoa Pacific is one of Hawaii's premier condominium associations featuring 1,379 units. The contract began on January 1, 2014.
  • La'i'?pua: The La'i'?pua project consists of 290 homes with 114 to be added to the association next year. Some features include an open hale and amphitheater for celebrations, an after school facility, and a partnership with Kealakehe High School. The contract began on January 1, 2014.
