ALBERTO GRIGNOLO JOINS H-FARM'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ca' Tron, January 15, 2020. H-FARM announces that yesterday, January 14, its Board of Directors, under the chairmanship of Riccardo Donadon, following the resignation of Maurizio Rossi, appointed Alberto Grignolo to replace Rossi as new board member.

Mr. Grignolo, born in 1973, holds an Economics degree from Bocconi University of Milan. He began his career in YOOX in the early 2000s, when it was a small startup, contributing, over the course of 20 years, to it becoming a publicly listed group with over $2.5 billion in yearly turnover with more than 4,000 employees and transforming it into one of the global leaders in e-commerce. At YOOX Group (which later became Yoox Net-a-Porter Group), Alberto held key roles: for almost 10 years he was responsible for commercial development, subsequently moving up to General Manager and then becoming the Chief Operating Officer of the Group.

Maurizio Rossi, co-founder of H-FARM, stepped down from his role of board member to focus on the Group's international development and to become President of the H for Human Foundation, in order to support the growth of the organization dedicated to promoting a better understanding of the current social changes and to the development and dissemination of digital culture.
