Gulf Bank Participates in GUST's Career Fair

Kuwait - 5 May 2015: Gulf Bank participated in the Gulf University for Science and Technology's (GUST) Career Fair, which took place at GUST's campus in Mishref from 26 until 28 April 2015.


During the two day event, Barry Stokes - Assistant General Manager, Human Resources at Gulf Bank and Zeyad Al Resheed - Executive Manager, Human Resources at Gulf Bank gave students lectures about how to select the career that they deserve, how to tailor their resumes, and perfecting their interview skills.


In addition, GUST students had an opportunity to meet Mrs. Salma Al-Hajjaj, General Manager of Human Resources at Gulf Bank, who held an informal open discussion forum with them regarding banking generally, as well as discussing specific enquiries about Gulf Bank.


Students interested in working in the banking sector visited Gulf Bank's stand at the fair, where the bank's Human Resources executives were present to give students advice on careers, as well as information about internships. They also highlighted Gulf Bank's Learning and Development department as well as the 'DURRAT ALKHALEEJ' training center, which produces a range of specialist packages and training programs as part of its policy of investing in encouraging staff expertise.
