Partnership Marks Graymark's First Entrance Into Georgia Market

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- January 17, 2012 -- Graymark Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRMH), the nation's second largest provider of diagnostic sleep services and an innovator in comprehensive care for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), has partnered with Emory-Adventist Hospital of Smyrna, Georgia to offer comprehensive sleep medicine services to city residents and surrounding areas.

Graymark replaces the hospital's previous provider and represents the company's first entrance into the state of Georgia. It brings the total number of Graymark sleep laboratories to 101, consisting of 24 standalone or IDTF facilities in large communities and 77 hospital or rural outreach locations.

"Our new partnership with Emory-Adventist Hospital expands our footprint into our tenth state and further supports our replicable model for the diagnosis and treatment of OSA," said Stanton Nelson, CEO of Graymark Healthcare. "We plan to open three to four additional locations in the Atlanta market in 2012, which we expect all together will perform about 1,500 sleep studies before year's end."

These sleep medicine programs augment the company-owned, freestanding facilities, and represent Graymark's go-to-market strategy due to the relatively low start-up cost and more rapid deployment, as well as lower ongoing administrative time and expense. Graymark's OSA patients also benefit from the full and immediate resources of a well-established, professionally operated medical facility.

Dennis Kiley, CEO of Emory-Adventist Hospital at Smyrna, commented: "Graymark has proven themselves as a leader in sleep medicine and we look forward to collaborating with them to treat our patients' sleep-related health issues."
