A like-new, 93.66-acre commercial/industrial sand and gravel facility in Southwest Idaho will be sold via lender-owned auction at 11 a.m. PST on Tuesday, February 24. The auction will be held on location at 1310 Addison Avenue West, Twin Falls, Idaho.
The site includes a 6,050 sq. ft. office and 14,800 sq. ft. service/shop building. Additionally, five gravel pits will be for sale separately or as an entirety. Ancillary equipment, and surplus asphalt and gravel piles will also be sold.
The new owner(s) will have the opportunity to continue work within this industry or utilize one of the real estate tracts for a different use as the properties can be purchased separately or in their entirety. Buyers may attend the auction in person or bid remotely. After the real estate is sold, the equipment lots and road-making material will be sold piecemeal.
