Fitch Rates Port Authority of New York & New Jersey's Consolidated Bonds 'AA-'

Fitch Ratings has assigned 'AA-' ratings to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's $500 million 182 series consolidated bond issuance. The 182 series bonds will be issued concurrently with the 181 series consolidated bonds, whose par amount has been reduced from $1 billion to $500 million.
