FABER GROUP BERHAD ("FGB")
- CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE ("NRC") AND INVESTMENT COMMITTEE ("IC") OF FGB

We wish to announce the following changes in the composition of the NRC and IC of FGB with effect from 23 January 2013:-

NRC

1) Datuk Zainal Abidin bin Alias, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of FGB has been appointed as the Chairman of the NRC in place of Datuk Mohamed Zain bin Mohamed Yusuf, Independent Non-Executive Director of FGB.

2) Encik Azmir Merican bin Azmi Merican, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of FGB has been appointed as a member of the NRC.

IC

1) Encik Azmir Merican bin Azmi Merican, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of FGB has been appointed as a member of the IC.

The composition of the NRC and IC of FGB after the above changes are as follows:-

2) Datuk Mohamed Zain bin Mohamed Yusuf - Member (Independent Non-Executive Director)

3) Encik Azmir Merican bin Azmi Merican - Member (Non-Independent Non-Executive Director)

4) Encik Adnan bin Mohammad - Member (Managing Director)
