QUALIFIED PERSON Harmen J. Keyser, P.Geol.

Mr. Keyser is a geologist with over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration around the globe. Mr Keyser has worked with various majors and junior resource companies, and he has also worked as an independent consultant over the years. He was involved in the discovery of the San Martin gold mine in Honduras, the Cerro Blanco gold deposit in Guatemala, and the Skukum Creek gold-silver deposit in the Yukon. He previously worked for AGIP Canada Ltd. exploring for uranium deposits in Saskatchewan. He has experience in epithermal gold, volcanogenic massive sulfide, epithermal gold-silver, and porphyry copper-gold exploration as well. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from Saint Mary's University in 1981, and is a member of the Northwest Territories Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists. Mr. Keyser is a "Qualified Person" in accordance with National Instrument 43-101.

Earn In Details

• ERC will invest $1.0m in GGL thru a private placement of 20 million

units at 5c per unit. The warrant will be exercisable for 3 years at 10c.

• After spending $10.0m over 5 years ERC will have earned a 75% interest in the PGB.

• ERC will commit to a minimum of $600k to carry out an agreed program

in 2011 and 2012

• Once ERC has earned its 75% interest, the parties will form a joint venture with standard JV and dilution provisions.

Director

Ralph has worked in the mining industry for over 20 years, as a mine geologist and in exploration geologist in southern Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. He has a BSc in Geology from the University of Portsmouth, and an MSc in Economic Geology from the University of Alberta in Canada. He is a Director of Radius Gold Inc., Emerick Resources Corp., Wesgold Minerals Inc., and Western Pacific Resources Corp.
Simon is a prospector and a mining financier. Grass roots exploration is his first love and he has had a successful career as an explorationist since starting out as a prospector in the Yukon Territory in the late 70s. Simon and the exploration teams under his guidance have
discovered mineral deposits across the Americas. On the financial side, Companies operating under the Gold Group banner have raised over
$350 million for exploration and development projects since 2003. Simon is also the Chairman of both Fortuna Silver Mines and Focus
Ventures.

David Cass

Director

David is a geologist with over 21 years' international experience in mineral exploration and mining for precious and base metals. Fifteen years of his career were spent with Anglo American plc in Turkey, Iran, Eastern Europe and the America's, including 4 years as Senior Geologist in Peru, and 6 years as Exploration Manager for North America. Since 2006, David has worked for junior exploration
companies exploring in Canada, Mexico, Central America and Peru. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology from the University of Leicester, UK (1990). He is a practicing member (P.Geo) of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Harmen Keyser

Director

Harmen is a geologist and helicopter pilot with more than 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and development projects on a worldwide basis. He has been involved in the discovery of several significant mineral deposits, including Skukum Creek, Yukon; Cerro Blanco, Guatemala; and San Martin, Honduras. He obtained a B.Sc. in geology from Saint Mary's University in 1981, and is a "qualified person" in accordance with NI 43-101. In addition to leading Wesgold's business and exploration activities, he works with RedQuest Capital Corp., Precision GeoSurveys Inc,.

Kevin Bales

CFO

Kevin has 15 years of financial reporting experience in mining and information technology industries. He recently served as CFO for several public junior exploration companies with operations in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. Mr. Bales holds a Bachelor of Management degree with a major in accounting.

Sally Whittall

Corporate Secretary

Sally has over 20 years experience in corporate compliance and securities regulations, and handles Emerick's corporate regulatory work. Before joining the Gold Group, she spent six years working as a corporate securities legal assistant in a major Vancouver law firm. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course and acts as Corporate Secretary for several of the companies in the Gold Group. Sally has worked with Simon Ridgway since 1994.
