- Changes in the Dommo Energia's Management -

Rio de Janeiro, January 08th, 2018 - Dommo Energia S.A. ("Dommo Energia" or "Company") (B3: DMMO3;

OTC: DMMOY), announces to its shareholders and market in general that Mr. Eduardo Yuji Tsuji was appointed by the Dommo Energia's Board of Directors as Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer, replacing Ms. Tatiana Gomide de Faria Tendler who was interim in both positions. As a consequence of the aforementioned change, Mr. Eduardo Tsuji will also replace Ms. Tatiana Faria as a member of the Company's Information Disclosure Committee.

Mr. Eduardo Tsuji holds a bachelor degree in business administration and also holds a Master degree (MPA) from EAESP/FGV. He has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in investment banks (ABN Amro, Crédit Agricole, HSBC, MUFJ), acting in areas such as credit, structured finance, trade finance, project finance with focus on Agribusiness, Oil & Gas, Mining, Aviation, Infrastructure and Energy industries, being also part of the Consiliu's group of mentors.

Therefore, the Company's Board of Executive Officers is now composed by: Mr. Celso Mello, Chief Operating Officer; Mr. Eduardo Tsuji, Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer; and Ms. Tatiana Faria, Chief Administrative Officer.

Additionally, the Company announces that received a letter from Ms. Lauren Krueger, in which she announces her resignation as Independent Member and President of Dommo Energia's Board of Directors.
