The Board of Directors of Dijaya ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to seek the approval of Dijaya's shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") to be convened, for the allocation of ESOS options ("ESOS Options") to the Group Chief Executive Officer namely Dato' Yau Kok Seng and the allocation of additional ESOS Options to the Executive Directors of Dijaya namely Mr Kong Woon Jun, Mr Koong Wai Seng and Dato' Khoo Poh Chye ("Proposed Allocations"). |
