The investment banking division completed 60 transactions representing a total value of over $3.9 billion for the fiscal year. Over the last twelve months, the investment banking division also made strategic investments by launching a real estate investment group with two new senior banker hires, adding three veteran bankers to the infrastructure, energy and diversified industrials teams and opening offices in Baltimore and Denver.
