JACKSON, MISS. - Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield opened a new office in Jackson today, dedicated to serving the growing commercial appraisal needs in the capital city.
Tim Rau, Managing Director and Regional Leader for Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi sees the office as an integral part in expanding the group's Southeast footprint.
'Opening this office represents an exciting development for our Valuation & Advisory team,' Rau said. 'With more than 490 professionals across the U.S., adding a location in a new market allows us to be able to better meet the needs of our clients in the region.'
Tracy Wofford, MAI, AI-GRS has joined the firm and will run the office, located at 137 Executive Drive, Suite C, in Madison. A seasoned real estate professional, she has extensive experience in the appraisal of retail, industrial, and office assets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she was the Managing member of Wofford Consulting, LLC.

Ms. Wofford received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mississippi State University. In addition to being a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, Wofford is a certified General Real Estate Appraiser in both Louisiana and Mississippi.
