Collier County FL : Road Alert Update - Jan. 2, 2018

ROAD ALERT UPDATE

This ROAD ALERT UPDATE was prepared by the Collier County Growth Management Department to inform the community about scheduled road construction and road maintenance projects along major roadways in Collier County where lane closures are planned or traffic flow may be affected.

COLLIER COUNTY CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE PROJECTS:

2nd Street NE from Golden Gate Boulevard to end - On 2nd Street NE from Golden Gate Boulevard to the end of the roadway expect traffic to be reduced to ONE LANE ONLY beginning on Wednesday, Jan. 3 and continuing for approximately three days from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting, as crews place new asphalt. Flagmen, lighted arrow boards, advance warning signs and barricades will be used to assist travelers in this area.

3rd Street NW from Golden Gate Boulevard to end and 3rd Street SW from Golden Gate Boulevard to end - On 3rd Street NW from Golden Gate Boulevard to the end of the roadway and 3rd Street SW from Golden Gate Boulevard to the end of the roadway expect intermittent lane closures beginning on Wednesday, Jan. 3 and continuing for approximately three days from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting, as crews perform road maintenance. Flagmen, lighted arrow boards advance warning signs and barricades will be used to assist travelers in this area.
