Classical Conversations leaders will offer introduction to the classical home education model for families looking for a choice in education for their children on Monday, January 25.

From 8:25 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Nall Avenue Baptist Church, area support managers for Classical Conversations will welcome families with children from preschool (age 4) to 12th grade who are interested in a home-based classical Christian education for their children. The open house is scheduled in conjunction with National School Choice Week, which raises awareness of educational choices for parents with events such as this being held in all 50 states.

“Educational choice is not always about picking a school, but selecting an academic program that suits your child’s learning needs and your family culture. We are so glad that National School Choice Week celebrates homeschooling and online learning in addition to traditional public, charter, and private schools,” said April Watson, support manager for Classical Conversations in Prairie Village.

Classical Conversations supports homeschooling parents by cultivating the love of learning through a Christian worldview in fellowship with other families. Classical Conversations believes there are three keys to a great education: classical, Christian, and community.
