As of January 1, 2016, Clark Nuber PS, a CPA and consulting firm headquartered in the Seattle metropolitan area, has elected three new shareholders. Amber Busch, CPA, MST, Debra MacLeod, CPA, CGMA, and Dan Wright, CPA, MAcc, together bring over 40 years of accounting experience to the Shareholder group.

As a member of the firm’s tax practice, Busch serves clients in real estate, senior living, and hospitality. She is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Tomorrow and is active in several service organizations.

MacLeod has been with the Clark Nuber audit team for over 12 years. She is committed to the goals of her not-for-profit clients, which include schools and universities, international organizations, foundations, retirement communities, research institutes and social services agencies. She is also an active member in professional organizations locally and nationally.

Wright works in the firm’s tax practice and focuses on the technology, life science and professional services industries. He has served as a tax adviser to over 200 start-up technology companies and frequently speaks on tax topics related to early-stage and fast-growth companies.
