BEIJING, July 18 (Reuters) - China will enhance the role of market mechanisms in the economy, create a fairer and more dynamic market environment and optimize the efficiency of resource allocation, according to a communique issued on Thursday after a top-level meeting.
China aims to fully build the high-level socialist market economic system by 2035, Xinhua news agency quoted the communique as saying following the third plenum of the ruling Communist Party.
China will deepen reforms to the fiscal and tax system, financial system and land system, Xinhua said. (Reporting by Beijing newsroom Editing by Peter Graff)
