Industrial Production Prices Index recorded a year-on-year change rate of -1.6% in December (-1.9% in the previous month). Excluding the Energy grouping, the index stood at -1.4% (-1.1% in November). The monthly change rate of the total index was -0.6% (-0.9% in the same month of 2018).
In the 4th quarter 2019, the year-on-year change rate of the total index was -1.9% (1.1% in the previous quarter). In this quarter, excluding Energy grouping, the index decreased 1.1% (-0.8% in the 3rd quarter).
The annual change rate was -0.2% (2.7% in 2018). The indexes for the domestic and external market registered variations of -0.7% and 0.6% respectively (2.4% and 3.0% in 2018, by the same order). Excluding the Energy grouping, the annual change rate was null (1.3% in 2018).
