The board of directors (the "Board") of China E-Learning Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Cheng Man For ("Mr. Cheng") has tendered his resignation as the company secretary and the authorised representative of the Company with effect from 30 March 2016 in order to pursue his other business developments. Mr. Cheng has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Cheng for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service.
The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy in the office of company secretary and authorised representative caused by the resignation of Mr. Cheng, and will publish further announcement once such appointment is confirmed.
