Candlelight vigil held for Monterey Park victims

STORY: Police identified Huu Can Tran, 72, as the lone suspect in the massacre that unfolded Saturday (January 21) night in the midst of a Chinese Lunar New Year celebration, in a Monterey dance hall he had frequented.

"We never thought that it would be one of us. And it's so shocking, we can't accept it," said Ann Lau, a local resident who organized Monday night's candlelight vigil.
