Although the 460,000 visits recorded on the websites of Canam Group and its business units in 2012 are similar in number to those of 2011, we note a strong increase of performance indicators.

  • 18% of these visits are made by employees.
  • 50% of traffic comes from the corporate website.

25% increase in the number of sales and recruiting leads collected*
  • 7250 uses of the engineering tools
  • 985 requests for information, quotations
  • 9290 publications downloaded or ordered
  • 6025 new profiles created in the Customer Center
  • 5790 resumes received

30% increase in goals conversion rate*
By dividing the number of visits by the amount of goals achieved, we obtain a conversion rate of 7.8%. According to a recent study carried out by Marketing Sherpa, the average conversion rate of objectives for a manufacturing company is 6%.

In 2013, digital strategies lead to a better customer experience online. They will focus on mobility and social media.
