("CHC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CHC) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Brad Williams as Vice-President, Operations of the Company. Mr. Williams has a wide range of experience in the student housing industry both in the United States and Canada. Previously, Mr. Williams served as Director of Operations for Rise Real Estate Inc. of Ancaster, Ontario, a developer of modern purpose-built student housing apartment buildings, including the Luxe I and II in Waterloo, Ontario and the Luxe London in London, Ontario, from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, he served in a variety of capacities in the student housing industry, including as manager of off-campus housing for the University of Guelph, assistant director of residence life at the University of Denver, residence director at Colorado State University and residence director at the University of New Hampshire.

In connection with Mr. Williams' appointment, the Company has granted him stock options exercisable to purchase a total of 500,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.12 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant. The options have been granted in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Company's stock option plan.

Mr. Williams' appointment and option grant are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
