SAO PAULO, Feb 27 (Reuters) - The Brazilian government is set to resume the collection of federal taxes on fuels, but with different rates for fossil and biofuels, according to a column from local newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo citing a source.

The taxes on fossil fuels will be higher than those levied on biofuels, said the report.
