The Bowman County Development Corporation has been working on the Design Standards Handbook that will provide a standard for development in the Park, with guidelines for transitional, commercial and industrial users. The transitional development includes all property that is located in direct view of residential uses, and will require the highest standards for development. The document has been reviewed by all adjacent landowners of the property, and will next be reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Commission, then on to the Bowman City Commission. Bids will be accepted in the next couple of months for infrastructure (water, sewer, streets) in Phase 1 of the Bowman Gateway Industrial Park.
