Bank First set to open new office in Plymouth February 5

MANITOWOC, Wis, / January 29, 2018 / -- Bank First, the subsidiary of Bank First National Corporation, is pleased to announce the completion of its new office located at 2700 Eastern Avenue in Plymouth. Construction of the new facility began in June 2017, and the official opening date is Monday, February 5, 2018.

Bank First established itself in the Plymouth community when it acquired the former Dairy State Bank in 1999. "The support from the Plymouth community over the years has allowed Bank First to grow and develop meaningful relationships with local families and businesses. The construction of a new office is our way of reinvesting into what Dairy State Bank started and continuing its legacy of providing high-quality community banking," stated Todd K. Neils, Plymouth Market President.

The new 6,979 square foot office emulates the contemporary design and efficient use of space similar to other recently-constructed Bank First offices in Sheboygan, Two Rivers, and Appleton. "We are grateful to our wonderful customers for giving us the opportunity to serve them in our former facility for many years. We are excited to move into a new building that is both beautiful and efficient, allowing us to better serve our customers," stated Neils.

Led by Neils, the Plymouth office has experienced sizable growth in recent years. From 2014 to 2017, total loans have grown from $70.2 million to $93.2 million, or 32.8%. Total deposits have increased from $173.1 million to $182.9 million, or 5.7% over the same time frame. Additionally, Bank First continues to be the leader in deposit market share in the Plymouth community. "By focusing on our key tenants of building one relationship at a time and delivering great value to our customers, our talented team in Plymouth has contributed to the bank's growth since entering the market in 1999. The new office will allow our team to continue providing exceptional service in a more efficient, customer friendly environment," stated Michael B. Molepske, Chief Executive Officer at Bank First.

The Kubala Washatko Architects assisted in the design and planning process, and Miller Engineers & Scientists aided in the geotechnical and site plan engineering. Mike Koenig Construction was the general contractor of the project.
