BBK, Bahrain's pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly "Day of Appreciation" to announce the Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of December 2014 at its headquarters in Manama.
On the 6th of January 2015, Mr. Reyadh Sater, Deputy Chief Executive - Business Group of BBK handed over the Silver award to Yaser Rabeea from Corporate Banking Division.
On the same day, Dr. Jamal Hijris, General Manager - Support Group handed over the Silver awards to Isa Sultan, Sohil Ravjani and Mohammed Ali Abbas from Human Resources & Administration Division.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank's philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank's performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
