Atigeo™, a compassionate technology company and developer of the xPatterns® big data analytics platform, today announced the appointment of Allen R. Mitchell as general manager, government and cyber. In this newly created position, Mitchell will be responsible for sales and business development for the government sector and cybersecurity for Atigeo.

Mitchell comes to Atigeo with 30 years in the information technology industry with IBM where he served as a client executive along with other client-facing positions within the sales and distribution division. He has extensive experience in the public sector and the Department of Defense. Mitchell’s experience includes tailoring and implementing cloud, analytic, mobile, social and security (CAMSS) strategic initiatives.

Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree from Monmouth University. His role at Atigeo starts immediately.
