Aegis Health Group has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Laura Graham as vice president of business development, effective immediately. She will assist hospitals in the western United States with business development and population health management initiatives.

Aegis provides hospitals and accountable care organizations with the infrastructure, technology and staff support to increase market share and grow revenues through its employer-relationship and population health management programs. Using Aegis' data-driven and measurable approach, hospitals are able to help local community residents, including employer groups; identify health risks; access proper medical resources; and, as a result, improve overall health.

To this new position Graham brings a blend of healthcare, management and sales experience. She most recently served as the executive director of the Montana district of the Muscular Dystrophy Association where she managed a team of staff and volunteers, oversaw fundraising programs, and fostered relationships with local organizations and individuals. Previously she was a senior account executive for Microsoft Corporation. Graham is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Regis University in Denver, and she holds of Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.
