Key deals that he has been involved in include Scandlines, a ferry operator in the Baltics, National Car Parks in the UK, Norma, a leading provider of connecting technology headquartered in Germany, Wendt, an international super-abrasive tools manufacturer, Jung Pumpen, a German waste water pumps manufacturer and HSS Hire Service Group, a tool hire business in the UK.
With the acquisition of Euro-Druckservice, an industrial printing business with focus on Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary, Wolf most recently led our first buyout in central and eastern Europe.
Wolf Wolfsteiner started his career at Gemini Consulting, advising blue chip clients across Europe on strategy development and restructuring.
He then joined the MBI team of a German Mittelstand company as a director.
After the successful restructuring of this company, he spent two years with ABN AMRO Capital, the equity sponsor of the MBI.
He holds a PhD in Economics from St Gallen University (Switzerland), an MBA from Passau University (Germany) and an Economics degree from Bonn University.
