During the previous eight years Mr. Lyons founded and was the executive editor of independent investment research publications focusing on publicly-traded microcap companies, international blue chip equities and overvalued stocks.
From 1983 to 1991 Mr. Lyons was a Vice President with Bank of America in the bank’s international corporate and correspondent banking operations in Europe (including management postings in London, England and Düsseldorf, Germany.) From 1992 through 1994 Mr. Lyons was a Senior Vice President in the bank’s asset management division.
Mr. Lyons has a Bachelor of Arts degree (International Affairs) from the University of the South (including graduate level studies at University College, Oxford, England) and a Masters in International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina.
