Mr. Kutney joined Arbor in 2006.
He has many years of financial oversight and accounting experience.
Prior to joining Arbor at the Fund level, he was VP – Controller and CFO for one of Arbor’s portfolio companies, ISI Commercial Refrigeration, LP (ISI), within the Pinnacle Equipment Group.
At ISI, Mr. Kutney was responsible for all administrative, financial and accounting functions within the company.
He was also responsible for stockholder, director and lender communications and reporting.
Mr. Kutney is a CPA and worked for KPMG for five years prior to his practice in private industry.
Mr. Kutney has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he graduated cum laude.
