Weir Goodwi

Mr. Goodwin joined Wrightwood Capital from Wells Fargo Bank where he was Managing Director for the Commercial Mortgage Group’s Texas Region with responsibility for originating and underwriting commercial real estate financing.
He provided permanent mortgages, as well as standing and bridge real estate products in Texas and the Southeastern United States .
Previously, Mr. Goodwin was Senior Vice President at Fleet Financial Group, Inc. where he managed real estate investments, credit extensions, and the divestiture of loans and equities.
Mr. Goodwin was also a Senior Vice President with Banc One (formerly Bright Banc) and with Interfirst Bank Houston in the role of Vice President for the Southwest lending group.
Mr. Goodwin attended Baylor University and earned his undergraduate degree in finance and economics and his masters degree in economics.
